• Age: You must be between 18 and 28 years old.
• Education: A Grade 12 (Matric) is preferred, although anyone with at least a Grade 10 will also be considered.
• Work Experience: Applicants shouldn’t have worked for the same company for more than a year straight.
• Full-Time Study: You can’t be studying full-time while you’re working (April 2025 to March 2026).
• Previous Participation: Applicants must not have been registered for or taken part in the YES program before.
• Availability: You must be able to work a 12-month, fixed-term contract.
• Housing and Transportation: Candidates are in charge of their own housing and transportation, if they need it.
• Employment Equity: The Employment Equity Act says that candidates from certain categories shall be given preference.

Overview of the Role: YES Youth Chance Participant
People who take part in the YES program at @home will learn how to work in different types of stores while also improving their abilities in customer service, merchandising, stock control, and sales. Main Duties:
• Interacting with customers: Help them choose the right product, give them advice, and make sure they have a great shopping experience.
