About the Job

We are looking for an experienced Senior Paid marketing Manager to run our paid marketing strategy across Australia and New Zealand.

This is a high-impact leadership position that is in charge of running paid advertising campaigns from start to finish that bring in new customers, boost brand exposure, and get the most out of the money spent (ROI).

You will run multi-channel campaigns on social media, YouTube, display, and programmatic networks as part of Envato’s Growth Marketing team. You will use data-driven insights and new strategies to get demonstrable outcomes.

Main Duties

Create and run full-funnel campaigns on Meta, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube, display, and programmatic platforms.

Use sophisticated audience segmentation, targeted messaging, and A/B testing to keep improving and optimizing your campaigns.

Oversee large media budgets, making sure that they are used effectively across channels and that ROI is maximized.

Work with the Analytics team to build strong measurement frameworks, set KPIs, and give data-driven insights that help make strategic choices.

Work directly with creative teams, giving them clear instructions and feedback to make ad creatives that meet campaign goals and perform well.

Keep an eye on new technologies, platform changes, and trends in the industry so that Envato stays ahead of the competition.

Build good connections with your advertising partners by looking into new features, beta programs, and other ways to increase your business.

This job is perfect for someone who is strategic, analytical, and focused on results, and who has a track record of leading complicated campaigns and getting great results.

Skills and experience needed:

-A bachelor’s degree in a discipline like marketing, digital marketing, advertising, business (marketing/analytics), or something similar.

-5+ years of real-world expertise running paid advertising campaigns with big budgets on several channels, including social media sites like Meta, Pinterest, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, display, and programmatic networks.

-Certifications and experience with Meta Ads, Pinterest Ads, Google Ads (Display & Video), DV360, and Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs).

-A lot of understanding on technology for serving ads, methods for attribution, and programmatic ecosystems.

-Ability to use data visualization tools like Google Data Studio and Tableau, which have extensive analytics features.

-Proven ability to manage and advise high-performing teams, encouraging teamwork and getting things done.

-Worked with brand, design, and cross-functional teams to create integrated campaigns.

-A forward-thinking mind that can see market trends coming and come up with new plans that will lead to long-term growth.

-Great at solving problems and making judgments based on facts in fast-paced situations.
