To join our Growth Marketing team, we are seeking a Senior Paid Media Manager. Planning, carrying out, and optimizing global, full-funnel paid media campaigns across social media, display advertising, and programmatic networks is the responsibility of this crucial leadership position.
As a strategic leader, you will use creative and data-driven marketing techniques to increase brand recognition, drive customer acquisition, and produce outstanding return on investment.
What You’re Going to Do:
Create and carry out integrated marketing campaigns using a variety of platforms, such as display, programmatic, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Meta.
To increase reach, effectiveness, and engagement, use A/B testing, customized message, and sophisticated audience segmentation.
Oversee and maximize huge media expenditures, guaranteeing thoughtful distribution and steady returns on investment.
Develop robust measurement frameworks, establish KPIs, and provide actionable insights in collaboration with the analytics team to guide continuous optimization.
Work together with internal creative teams to offer strategic suggestions, making sure that every ad creative is compelling, data-driven, and in line with campaign goals.
Make sure Envato stays at the forefront of digital advertising innovation by staying abreast of emerging technologies, algorithm updates, and industry trends.
To promote ongoing growth, cultivate solid connections with important advertising platforms and investigate beta prospects and new features.

We are looking for a results-driven marketer that possesses a combination of leadership abilities, strategic thinking, and analytical knowledge. You should have a track record of inspiring teams to reach their maximum potential and delivering powerful paid advertising campaigns.
Conditions:
-A bachelor’s degree in business (with an emphasis on analytics or marketing), digital marketing, advertising, marketing, or a similar discipline.
-Over five years of expertise overseeing multi-channel paid advertising campaigns on display, programmatic, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Meta.
-Credentials and proficiency with DV360, Google Ads (Display, Video), Pinterest Ads, Meta Ads, and other Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs).
-Strong familiarity with programmatic networks, attribution methodologies, and ad-serving technologies.
-Outstanding analytical abilities, including the capacity to decipher intricate data and convert insights into workable plans. It is quite desired to be proficient with programs like Tableau and Google Data Studio.
-A track record of successfully leading, coaching, and developing high-achieving teams while promoting an innovative, accountable, and cooperative culture.
-Experience collaborating to create integrated campaigns with cross-functional, design, and brand teams.
