Description of the Job:
Oversee and direct the day-to-day activities of a Mr. Price Money cellphone store to guarantee that the store’s goals, general objectives, innovation projects, and customer service standards are fulfilled.

Accountability for Stock Management:

In order to merchandise and restock the business, make sure that the product is received and unpacked precisely.
To reduce risks (stock loss) and guarantee that there is enough inventory on hand, stock levels are monitored and managed using established procedures (stock counts, stock takes, stock loss response plans, etc.).
Keep an eye on the stockroom’s general upkeep to ensure that housekeeping requirements are met.
Permit cellular repairs, write-offs, breakages, recalls, and OBFs (out of box failures).
Growth in Sales and Profitability:

In order to improve sales performance, track store expenses, and work with management on necessary operational action plans, analyze sales and profitability data in-store.
Evaluate and monitor in-store product performance to improve sales and give support center comments.
Find and suggest fresh ways to boost revenue and brand recognition. This might involve rival shopping and in-store promotion. Encourage credit, insurance, and cellular performance in order to meet the predetermined budget.


Risk Control:

To guarantee and enforce general adherence to policies and procedures, conduct compliance checks using specified processes (e.g., admin checks, store audits, visual audits, COMO (Continuous Monitoring) reports, POS reports, health & safety standards, weekly hanger counts, security, etc.).
Management of Customer Experience:

In order to achieve customer service requirements, make sure and maintain the implementation of customer experience procedures (business instruction letters, markdowns, repricing, promotions, customer experience plans, visual standards, customer feedback, general housekeeping, etc.).


Development & Leadership:

Oversee and motivate the staff at a shop to meet operational goals and KPIs while adhering to corporate principles.
Determine and promote the need for coaching, training, and development with an emphasis on succession planning and talent management.


Follow firm policies and procedures for hiring, managing, and administering employees.
Creativity:

Make sure that Head Office’s innovation initiatives—Mpos, MRP Empower, E-docs, and Money Hub—are implemented in order to satisfy our customers and enhance in-store procedures more effectively.


Qualifications:
Grade 12 (NQF level 4) or above
Three years of shop management experience; proficiency in budgeting, computer literacy, sales and service management, and communication
