Main Duties:
As a Sales Associate at Markham, your main job will be to make sure that every client has a great shopping experience while also helping the store make more sales and be successful overall. As a Brand Ambassador, your job will be to represent Markham in a good way, exemplify the brand’s values, and make the shopping experience friendly and interesting.
• Excellent Customer Service:
Help consumers choose items, provide them professional advice, and make sure that their requirements are addressed quickly and well.
• Tracking Sales Performance:
Keep an eye on sales performance and compare it to specified goals, always trying to meet or surpass expectations.
• Product Knowledge:
To provide consumers good advice, you need to know about the current fashion trends, new arrivals, and product characteristics.
• Stock and Merchandising:
Help keep the store looking well by restocking shelves, organizing them, and keeping displays looking good.
• Sales Opportunities: Look for chances to offer more or different items to consumers, making sure they get the right solutions for their requirements.

Qualifications and Experience Needed
• Minimum Grade 12 (Matric) is required for education.
